Pakistan/UAE From February 19 to March 9, 2025, the ICC Champions Trophy will return after an eight-year return The host country, Pakistan, is the reigning champion.
Teams and Groups
- Eight teams will compete in the competition, split into two groups.
- Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and New Zealand make up Group A.
- South Africa, Australia, England, and Afghanistan make up Group B.
- Each group's top two teams will move on to the semifinals.
Format of the Tournament
- Within their group, each side will participate in three league games.
- March 4 and 5 are the dates for the semi-finals, while March 5 is the day for the final.
- One Day International (ODI) forms with a 50-over limit per side will be used for the competition.
Locations
- Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will host the competition.
- Karachi will host matches hosted by Pakistan.
- India will play all of its matches in the United Arab Emirates because of security concerns.
- It will also be moved to the UAE if India advances to the final.

- The squads for each participating team have been revealed.
- The Indian team will be captained by Rohit Sharma.
- The last team to announce their roster was Pakistan.
- By February 11, teams were required to announce their final rosters.
